Balance bleu has been a great option for me to keep on track with my fitness goals. The meals are fresh, easy and delicious and I love the variety. I love having pre-portioned meals ready to go.
Just like Grandma used to make, if she wasn’t trying to fatten you up. Truthfully the variety, portion control, and price are hard to beat. Meals freeze well so I can order extra and save them for days I’m too busy to make my lunch. The weekly By-the-pound potatoes, veg, and chicken salad are perfect for family meals and cook outs. Soups in the winter! Salads in the summer. The citrus salad dressing can’t be beat. I may feel bad about using the delivery option but it is wonderfully helpful. So nice, so polite, easy website, consistent cooking, and just enough rotation of recipes to keep ya coming back!
Love the variety of dishes each week. It’s also so helpful that they tell you the WW points. So glad they stared selling their Chicken Salad…one of the best in town! The convenience of “Heat & Serve is so great because I don’t have a lot of time to cook. I’ve tried others but Balance Bleu is the best!!!

We have been ordering a few meals a week from Balance Bleu for a year now. We love the convenience of having fresh healthy meals that are ready in just minutes in the microwave. I love the meatloaf and the KY hot brown. The menu rotates weekly and they introduce new dishes every so often to keep the options changing. We choose the pick up option and it’s a really quick in and out to grab our meals.

Delivery of my order went without a hitch and the recipient is thoroughly enjoying the meals (Chicken, Shrimp & Andouille Gumbo and Beef Wellington Pot Pie). Very happy to have found Balance Bleu!
I placed my first order last week before the snow and ice storm hit. I had selected pick-up because the updated forecast for the storm wasn't out yet. I attempted to get my order on Sunday, however, my car was just not going to make it. I phoned Balanced Blue and they worked with me so I could get my meals the next day. Excellent customer service. I have now had four of the meals, each one different, and I have enjoyed everyone of them. They all taste delicious, the portion size is perfect and the price is reasonable. I already placed my next order, for delivery this time, because I just found out on the app they deliver to Versailles! Just another plus. I have tried two other local meal prep companies and a few of the out of state companies that ship to Kentucky. Balanced Blue is the one I am going to stick with.
